Trinity Facilities Use

Trinity Lutheran Church is happy to share its facilities with its members. In order to do so more effectively, we have created a formal facility use agreement. Our hope is that it will provide clarity on boundaries, set expectations, and establish responsibilities to ensure successful events when members use our facilities.

The undersigned Responsible Party(ies) hereby agree that they have authority to sign this Facility Use Agreement behalf of the Organization named above.  If the requested use of the designated facility/room/area of the Church facilities is approved, the Responsible Party(ies) and the Organization shall comply with and ensure that all participants in the event comply with the Trinity Lutheran Church Facilities Use Policy and Facility Use Rules and Regulations attached, as may be modified or amended from time to time by Trinity Lutheran Church.
